We are currently accepting new investor partners who meet our qualifications. To meet the definition of “Accredited Investor,” individuals (natural persons) must affirm the following:
- Individual net income was in excess of $200,000 in each of the two most recent years and I reasonably expect an income of $200,000 in the current year.
- Combined with my spouse, our joint income was in excess of $300,000 in each of the two most recent years and we reasonably expect an income of $300,000 in the current year.
- My net worth, or joint net worth with my spouse, is at least $1,000,000, excluding the value of my primary residence.
- If investing through an entity (LLC, Corp., etc.), all equity owners must be Accredited Investors as indicated above.
The “Accredited Investor” is not only qualified in terms of financial strength, but also in terms of sophistication and experience. Even if you are accredited, you should not, under any circumstances, place your capital at risk without fully understanding the project being undertaken. We do not do so, and expect nothing less of our investing partners.
